Ato Kwamina Nkum is an Organisation Development Consultant with Nkum Associates, with several years of experience supporting organisational change across public, private, and non-government sectors. His work integrates systems thinking with deep facilitation skills to help organisations grow in clarity, alignment, and effectiveness.
He has led multi-stakeholder dialogues, organisational development interventions, strategic planning processes, executive coaching sessions, and implementation design programmes across Ghana and internationally. His clients include development agencies, civil society organisations, and government departments.
Ato is a faculty member of the Gestalt Africa Leadership Programme and holds a practitioner certificate from the globally respected International Gestalt Organisation and Leadership Development Programme (iGOLD). He earned his Master’s degree in Organisation Development and Change from American University/National Training Laboratory (AU/NTL), widely regarded as one of the most rigorous OD programmes worldwide. He also holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.
